New Century Honda - Service Center

Keeping your word !! I bought a couple of new cars from Diamond Honda of Glendale about two and half years ago, witch is now New Century Honda. They told me the first oil I bought a couple of new cars from Diamond Honda of Glendale about two and half years ago, witch is now New Century Honda. They told me the first oil change was on the house !! Now my wife got her first oil change at Diamond Honda. Now my car I don’t drive much and it only has 2300 miles on it and it’s two and half yers old, so I didn’t know if they would remember me ! So when I got there I talked to Advisor named EDDIE GABRIELYAN and he said no problem. Love these guys there !!! Also my key batteries were almost dead I need 2. So I went to the parts department and JOSE BENAVIDEZ gave me 2 new batteries and installed both of them for me. These guys are great. I will be getting all me service here and my next cars to. Quick and efficient I went in for a oil change and they were able to find a nail in my tire and let me know about it. Needs to improve on customer service The service advisor could have walked over to service center to inform me that my car was ready, but just called instead and walk me through anything.
