Nice staff, bad product Took my car in for oil change and to check an issue I've been having with the shifter. I received the car with minor damage on the steering wheel (tea Took my car in for oil change and to check an issue I've been having with the shifter. I received the car with minor damage on the steering wheel (tear), and oil stains on the driver door. Above all the technicians couldn't replicate the issue I've been having throughout 50 miles of driving (which I'm sure was just a nice joyride for someone home and back to work) but the day I pick up the car I have the same exact issue. So either magically the car was perfect for those 50 miles, or they lied to me and enjoyed a couple gallons of gas on me. I suspect the latter. Fortunately I had honda care so the oil change cost me nothing, but I would never pay out of pocket for this dealership to touch my car. More

Perhaps it would be better to pay for the service, go back to the waiting lounge, for the key to his or her car to be delivered in the waiting lounge, and then proceed to his or her automobile. More
