Overall Great but Need Work on Greeting The service was fast. However the only improvement that can be worked on was on greeting upon arrival. I never knew the name of the agent helping me. Regarding oil change Missing bolts and screws from previous oil change . Careless work . Will not come back ever for any service . Have been a loyal Customer . Have had all my oil changes done since I bought the car . I came in to get a oil change because I had exceeded the miles and I couldn’t wait . Went down the street to my uncles shop and got a oil change and he showed my under the car panel and there were 4 missing bolts . I don’t go to uncle for oil change as again I have been a loyal Customer to Honda and coming there but I couldn’t wait 3 hrs that day . So after the oil change I came back to Honda and let them know what I saw . They fix it which was great but they told me it was a 50/50 thing . Either they “ALL” came off because of “ MY” Driving or whoever worked on my car forget to put the 4 screws back in . I’ve had this car almost 3 yrs never has this ever happened til now . I’ve owned many cars in life and this has never happened before . Of course Honda doesn’t want to take responding of what happened and try to say it’s my fault . Well I will never return nor would I ever recommend this dealer to anyone . More
