When I got to the dealership, they analyzed the problem quickly, but unfortunately had to tell me that the defective parts had to be ordered. They drove me home, and called me when the car was repaired. Despite the fact that it took a few days for the parts to arrive, I was happy that they were clear about what was wrong, and kept me “in the loop” on what was happening. My Service Advisor was clear in his remarks, and I will certainly go back to this dealership in the future. More
