Louis was great! This was my first time at this new Honda location in Glendale. It is a little bigger than the old location. Louis welcomed me as soon as I pulled up t This was my first time at this new Honda location in Glendale. It is a little bigger than the old location. Louis welcomed me as soon as I pulled up to the service center. He was very friendly and accommodating and gave a fairly accurate estimate as to when my oil change and complimentary tire rotation would be completed (45-60 min). I used the coupon I found on the Honda website for a $39.99 oil change. I waited in the customer waiting room until completion, where there’s nice comfy sofas, TV, and beverages available. The only thing I would recommend to finish off the service is a complimentary car wash, which my previous service centers had available. Other than that, it was great in and out service. Quick and fast Had my engine light diagnosis, and repairs done in a timely manner. All was completed by 10 am .I was able to do my other tasks for rest of the day.
