He made leasing easy by answering my questions and explaining the cost of a lease, which was more affordable than buying out my current 350 N Jamal. Jamall is amazing! I was just browsing on the Lexus website and building out possible versions that I would be interested in. Within a few minutes Jamall responds, within an hour we had it down to 2 options of cars that they both had, one was in transit from another dealership. He was able to work with me on the numbers over the phone, so that we wouldn't waste each others time by coming in and playing games. Negotiated a few times, came to an agreement, he confirmed with his manager and by the next day I had the car confirmed. Within 24 hours we met, ironed out the numbers and paperwork, filled out a lease form and scheduled a pick up for another day. Michael the Finance Manager is a miracle worker, down to earth knowledgeable. I was able to meet with him, give him my information, which he used to prep for the pick up date. Within an hour of meeting with him, he was able to get me approved and prepped for 20 minute convo about the financial aspect. No pressure, no games, no haggling, just chat and I was out. My only recommendation, for those of you new to the brand, spend a few minutes learning about the car, as Lexus does tend to use generic pictures. I found out the hard way. However, Jamall worked with me and explained everything. Like I previously said he is amazing, even calling me after hours as I was confused with a few features. He called and explained everything. Needless to say, new to Lexus, I was nervous and he made me feel comfortable, happy and exited for my new journey. We laughed, we shared our history and talked cars... Calvin Chu is a nusty person and very disrespectful person. Me and my wife walk in to the dealership trying to get my wife a new car. Calvin Chu approached us and already starts his nusty attitude. He acts like he is the buyer and we are the sale person. I have been in many different dealerships in my life including some of the luxury brands, like BMW, Mercedes Benz, Maserati and Porsches. I never have this type of experience from other dealerships not even a Toyota. Come on, you are literally a Toyota but covered with better quality material. Calvin might think I do not have money to buy or he may be too elegant to serve us. It is your job to introduce the car and explain the features of the car to your customers. It is normal that customers ask questions. I have a feeling that he just want to kick us out from this dealership. I do not recommend this dealer and especially this sale person Calvin Chu. He does not even earned one star and he doesn't even has basic sale person manner. I do not write review but this time I think I have to do it. More
