Due to difficult circumstances in the car delivery, he was in almost daily contact with where the car was in transit and when was the expected delivery date. He explained to me why there was a problem with car inventory and deliveries and that it was not the fault of the Lexus dealership. Mohammed in finance was pleasant to talk to. He answered all questions and was well organized. Matthew who explained the features of the car was very well organized. He really understood and explained the all the relevant features of the car. It was November 2021 in the midst of the pandemic and nobody had cars. They actually had cars and we got exactly what we wanted: a 2022 RX 350 in the exact colors (exterior & interior) we wanted. We also got an amazing lease price and trade in for our 3 year old RX.
