Buyer’s Remorse Terrible dealership and salespeople completely treat customers like fools. Two days ago, on Saturday, I went to the dealership to pick up the car. The salesperson Kenny Xu told me that completely treat customers like fools. Two days ago, on Saturday, I went to the dealership to pick up the car. The salesperson Kenny Xu told me that the financing manager Michael Abramov was scheduled for three o'clock. As a result, I waited for one and a half hours, and when it was almost closing time, the manager Michael impatiently said my transaction was very complicated because my co-signer was in California, and he needed to use DocuSign to sign the documents. As a first-time car buyer, I had a trusting attitude towards the manager. He took my phone and asked me to sign, so I signed a lot of DocuSign documents. During this process, the manager did not explain any of the loan options or interest rates to me; he just told me to sign quickly because he was ready to leave. He printed the documents for me and then called sales representative Kenny to take the car. When my co-signer asked about the interest rate, Kenny, salesperson who was also in a hurry, said it was all in the documents. I thought a dealership of this size wouldn’t engage in scamming customers, so I drove home. However, when I got home and opened the documents, I found that the price of the car, originally $55,000, had turned into $92,000 with the loan and interest!!! What a scam!!! It turned out that the manager added various unnecessary maintenance and repair costs, totaling $20,000. This is outright commercial fraud! On Monday, I went back to confront the manager. He actually claimed that he had explained everything clearly before I signed, which was completely untrue. He did not explain any of the documents I signed! He even asked sales representative Kenny to vouch for him! Kenny initially said the manager explained how much the monthly payments would be. Later, I took a firm stance with Kenny and made it clear that I would not compromise. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau / Consumer Frauds Bureau / social media / I also made it clear that I had consulted legal advice. After that, Kenny immediately changed his attitude and went to handle the situation with the manager, removing all the unnecessary warranties. As they said the bank cannot removed the theft protection preferred plus program which I don’t need it ! I want to tell all buyers, especially new buyers, to absolutely avoid these two people! Before signing any documents, make sure they explain everything clearly, and do not let them touch your phone! Stay away from this dealer!!! More
Purchased a 2025 lexus nx350. Calvin was very helpful in finding the car I wanted. He called and said the car was ready and to come in by 2 pm to pick it up. 5 1/2 hours later and Calvin was very helpful in finding the car I wanted. He called and said the car was ready and to come in by 2 pm to pick it up. 5 1/2 hours later and being the only one left there they gave me a brief ( partially my fault due to how long I was there) going over of the car. But was told if there was anything that I didn't understand, you can come back and they would go over it. So,I called Calvin and he told me no problem bring it in tomorrow between 1 and 2. Brought in the car and was brought to the service area where I waited a half hour until I was told you need a reservation to be seen..You would think that they would accommodate me being I was told by Calvin to bring the car in, No they would not!!! This is my first review ever and now I feel hesitant to ever go back there. More
