I am not writing about the sales dept. I am writing about the service dept. Have had our Lexus cars serviced there over 10 years. They are the best..bar none! We currently have a 2005 Lexus 460 with 125,000 miles on it. This service dept. has kept it going long into its old age. My husband loves this car..does not want to sell it. We have used their body shop on numerous occasions. As a dept. their staff members are responsive and easy to deal with. Nothing seems to be too much for a customer to ask. Their pick up and delivery service is a life saver for people like us who work. They return calls promptly. They tell you exactly what needs to be done to the car before they start and tell you what it will cost to fix. We have experienced the same level of service consistently for 10 years. We are lifers. We will only service our old and ailing Lexus with this service center. When it rolls over and finally dies, we'll buy another used one and carry on. More

While I have previously owned a Lexus, it was an 11 year old vehicle which was not equipped with many of the options of the one that I purchased.
