We were very hesitant coming to the dealer due to usual persistence of sales personnel. This experience was nothing like that. Sales person was very kind, informed, and most of all not pushy! The sales people were very responsive and helpful during the sale process. There was an issue with the trunk release mechanism, which was corrected after a few phone calls. I felt I was "on my own" when I the sale process. There was an issue with the trunk release mechanism, which was corrected after a few phone calls. I felt I was "on my own" when I was tryting to get the issue resolved, but after I read the manual for the car, I found there was an overide buttion located in the glove box. If this had been explained to me after my first phone call, it would have saved some frustration. Overall, I was very pleased however, and this was a minor issue. More
