After speaking with him only a brief time because my questions seemed to be wasting his time. I asked a few pricing questions and he laughed. I had to hang up on this man. I was highly insulted by the way i was treated. I proceeded to another dealership where I was taken seriously. Perhaps it was because I'm a woman? Either way. The man I spoke with would have me tell anyone who asks to go to any other Lexus dealer they can find if they want a Lexus. More

John found a car with the specs and color i was looking for and he was helpful in ensuring this car would be a surprise for my husband. My husband and I had a great experience from beginning to end, from our initial telephone inquiry until we signed the last piece of paperwork. The staff was friendly and professional. The only complaint I have is that we were presented with some financing stipulations at the last minute that my husband and I would have liked to have discussed ahead of time. I thought that Nick & Anthony were great. They were very friendly and knowledgeable of the car. They had answered all of my questions that i had.
