I purchased a 2022 Rx350 here at the end of 2021. To this day (Sept 7 2023) I am happy about this purchase. They sold me a maintenance plan that added very little to my monthly payments. Jeff King is the one in charge of servicing the vehicle every few thousand miles. He sends Mike over to pick the car up at my home, leaves a loaner, takes care of everything, and even sends a video of all the stuff they're doing to the car. It's such a great car that nothing is ever wrong with it. But the last check up, I needed new brake pads in the back, and two new tires. It came out a bit more expensive, and that's fine. I'd usually go with their team to take care of this, but we are in the middle of trying to save money for an upcoming purchase, so my husband decided to take the car to Costco for tires, and another place for brake pads. Jeff let me know what needed to be done and put no pressure on me to have it done with them. He was very transparent with why they recommended changing the brake pads and tires (on the video he showed me a tool that measured something on the brakes, and a tool that measured the treads of the tires). After working on the car, they call to make sure I am home and done using the loaner. I told them I'd be done at 4:30, and Mike was there at 4:30 to deliver my car, washed, and cleaned, inside and outside. I've never had such a great experience with a car dealership. We bought from John Powers, who was amazing in explaining everything to me with ZERO pressure. Beny Arias helped close the deal and was the one who sold me the maintenance plan with ZERO pressure. He even helped me with the process of making the appointment, even after I had purchased the car already. The team at Lexus Westport is amazing, and I can't recommend them enough. More

We had been searching for months for the perfect 2022 GX460. It had to be the Luxury model with a grey exterior and a black interior. We finally found the car online, and immediately called and spoke to Hector Diaz. Hector and his team made the whole process incredibly easy. Everything was handled over the phone. We put down a $1000 deposit to hold it for us. We live in the Houston, Texas area, so we quickly got a flight to Hartford, and from there the process was simple. The car was sitting out front with the big red bow on top. We signed the paperwork and began our adventure driving back to Texas. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience. All the out of state sales tax and licensing was handled by this team, and our Texas license plates showed up in record time. We can't say enough good things about the experience.
