Mario is a Miracle Worker - Outstanding to Work With Mario Cortella at New Country Lexus is a phenomenal business manager for any customer to encounter in a dealership. This our sixth Lexus we've leased Mario Cortella at New Country Lexus is a phenomenal business manager for any customer to encounter in a dealership. This our sixth Lexus we've leased and Mario's work on our behalf went beyond what we would ever have expected. On very short notice when the car we wanted was located out of state, Mario got paperwork assembled, completed, and sent overnight to us out of state with return labels to make it easy for us to return it back overnight. He scanned the tracking info for the labels, patiently took the time to help us understand the signatures required and particulars of the car - and made this happen on a holiday weekend within 24 hours involving 3 different states so we would not lose important lease incentives. It was the last day of the month before a major holiday and he made this happen. He didn't stop there. When we returned from out of town to pick up the vehicle, we misplaced the plates and Mario, once again, went out of his way to help us. While we were getting instruction on the car, Mario miraculously got new plates and registration in record time so we could drive off without a delay. Mario set a new bar for automotive customer service excellence. More
