Quick , simple, fair and honest Yulissa Rodriguez did a great job in transitioning me from a 2015 ES to a 2018 ES at the end of my lease. I have owned or leased Lexus automobiles sin Yulissa Rodriguez did a great job in transitioning me from a 2015 ES to a 2018 ES at the end of my lease. I have owned or leased Lexus automobiles since 1991 and dealt with many different sales associates from three different dealerships. Yulissa was the best so far. She was always quick to respond to any questions that I had and was respectful of my time. The entire process was completed via email and one trip to the dealership to pick up the new car. Extremely Happy Customer I went to Lexus just to look at vehicles, then I met Kwesi. Kwesi talked to me about the quality and features of a Lexus. We went for a test drive a I went to Lexus just to look at vehicles, then I met Kwesi. Kwesi talked to me about the quality and features of a Lexus. We went for a test drive and I was sold, mind you, I had no intention of walking away with a car. He was very knowledgeable, kind and gracious but most importantly he took his time to explain everything. Joe Jacob the finance guy made the purchase seamless.
