Very poor communication We had been in contact with a salesperson in regarding to driving from 3 hours away to see a specific car. The salesperson advised he would let us kn We had been in contact with a salesperson in regarding to driving from 3 hours away to see a specific car. The salesperson advised he would let us know if the car sold prior to us planning to go see the car with plans to buy it on 4/14/18. We spoke to the salesperson on 4/13/18 to set everything up. We left the morning of 4/14/18 and upon arrival were told that the car had been sold the day prior and none of the salespeople knew who we were. My husband could not remember the salesperson’s name as we have been dealing with multiple dealers. After waiting for about 5 minutes watching one of the sales guys talking with a manager who appeared to be scrambling trying to figure out what happened, my husband walked into the sales manager’s office. The sales manager told us the salesperson we had talked to had to leave due to a family emergency which is why we weren’t called. This was after they had told us that no one had our name. Wouldn’t you think that in the beginning they would have realized it was the salesperson with the “emergency” if that were really the truth? The sales manager seemed a little shady and my husband said he didn’t believe his story and then the sales manager started giving him attitude. I would think that he would have been extremely apologetic and understanding that we were upset after driving 3 hours. I would never buy a car from this dealer with such a lack of attention to the customer experience. More

Having leased and purchased a bunch of cars in the past, I usually dread the experience but this was different. Sarah was quick to respond from my initial email, stayed in constant communication, and went above and beyond to locate and pick up the car we wanted even driving in the snow to pick it up from another dealer. She was really easy to work with and made the entire process smooth. There were no pushy sales tactics here and the entire group was great to work with. Ricky was very helpful in getting the deal structured and worked out quickly and fairly, and Joe made everything quick and painless at the end. Everyone at the dealership made us feel comfortable and welcome when we arrived and my wife got a great tutorial on how to use the car before we left. Overall, I can't recommend this group enough! I would not hesitate to reach out to Sarah again and will absolutely go through her in the future. More
