GREAT Experience!!!! I had the perfect experience at this dealership! My first visit to New Country Lexus of Westport was 2 1/2 years ago....I leased my very first 201 I had the perfect experience at this dealership! My first visit to New Country Lexus of Westport was 2 1/2 years ago....I leased my very first 2015 Lexus IS 250 and my experience was horrible! I didn't leave the dealership until 9:00pm (arrived at 11:30am)...I spent hours fighting to get the numbers where I needed them to be...At the end, it all worked out but I was exhausted from being there all day negotiating! This experience was COMPLETELY different! I got a call from a Salesman, Joe Gioia (who was absolutely amazing)...I told him about my previous experience and he promised I would not have that same experience again. I told him where I needed my numbers t to be and he got me there before I even entered the dealership. I met with the finance person, Jared Epstein (also AMAZING) and actually left there in a couple hours with my new 2018 Lexus IS 300!!! No xxxxxxxx at all!!! Best new car purchase experience ever!!!!
