Our sales consultant, Dondre, was professional, knowledgeable and relaxed; he answered all of our questions thoroughly; and he made the purchasing process go very smoothly and pleasantly. Our business manager, Mario, was likewise very helpful with the registration and financing of our "new" Lexus. We found our new car on Friday afternoon and took delivery on Saturday.
