Elton was amazing! I am very picky when it comes to my vehicle and Elton was extremely knowledgable and friendly. Certainly wasn't your typical car salesman. I purchased a 2022 Rx350 here at the end of 2021. To this day (Sept 7 2023) I am happy about this purchase. They sold me a maintenance plan that added very little to my monthly payments. Jeff King is the one in charge of servicing the vehicle every few thousand miles. He sends Mike over to pick the car up at my home, leaves a loaner, takes care of everything, and even sends a video of all the stuff they're doing to the car. It's such a great car that nothing is ever wrong with it. But the last check up, I needed new brake pads in the back, and two new tires. It came out a bit more expensive, and that's fine. I'd usually go with their team to take care of this, but we are in the middle of trying to save money for an upcoming purchase, so my husband decided to take the car to Costco for tires, and another place for brake pads. Jeff let me know what needed to be done and put no pressure on me to have it done with them. He was very transparent with why they recommended changing the brake pads and tires (on the video he showed me a tool that measured something on the brakes, and a tool that measured the treads of the tires). After working on the car, they call to make sure I am home and done using the loaner. I told them I'd be done at 4:30, and Mike was there at 4:30 to deliver my car, washed, and cleaned, inside and outside. I've never had such a great experience with a car dealership. We bought from John Powers, who was amazing in explaining everything to me with ZERO pressure. Beny Arias helped close the deal and was the one who sold me the maintenance plan with ZERO pressure. He even helped me with the process of making the appointment, even after I had purchased the car already. The team at Lexus Westport is amazing, and I can't recommend them enough. More
