This is the third RX350 that I have leased from New Country. The cars are a pleasure to drive and the staff is professional and are a pleasure to work with. Beny Arias is the Business Manager now. Beny was in Sales when I leased the last car. He is a real pleasure to work with. An impressive thing about New Country Lexus is that other functions of the business were represented in the sales process. I like Jeff King, the Service Manager. He gets things done. Bob Levenson, the VP, I had not met before. But Bob promised to do something for me that I have wanted for a long time.Last but not least, Liz, the Technology guru, explained how to use the many new features on the 2023 RX350. I actually had to go through a Training process before I could drive the new RX350 off the lott. I really like the new Technology even though it takes some getting used to. I am enjoying the experience. Nobody is forcing it on me. Last but not least, I trust Chris and the New Country staff to give me the training and support that is necessary. My experience with this dealership is that they take care of me and they don’t act like they are doing me a favor. If that’s what you want, I predict you will be glad you gave them the opportunity.
