The worst! Gave them 2 chances. Called ahead they were supposed to have part I needed by the day of my appointment. Called ahead to confirm, couldn’t get anyone Gave them 2 chances. I purchased a CPO Mercedes Benz S Class 2021. So many issues that did meet CPO requirements. Tires were worn... wheel alignment was messed up. Front brakes were bad. they did not take care of anything on the brakes! seriously on a CPO Mercedes Benz. they were new scratches on the car from when I first saw it. Also one rim got scuffed up and scratched up when I saw the first time it was not like that.. on delivery it was. they beat on their cars be aware They ignored all my calls extremely poor and rude customer service. They play games. They put me through xxxx!!!!! I can't believe they are a direct Mercedes dealership! Warning Stay Away. They use very deceptive and trickery tactics. More

Made appointment 3 days in advance, arrived on time, salesman was not around, then car wasn’t in front or cleaned, interior full of pet fur. Can’t get excited about a car in this condition. The service at this dealership is an F. My son-in-law called 5 times to get information as to when his car would be ready. Not one callback. He called sales and within 3 rings someone picke My son-in-law called 5 times to get information as to when his car would be ready. Not one callback. He called sales and within 3 rings someone picked up. They are eager to sell cars but ignore service calls. To top it off, the service charge, which should have been under warranty, was close to $400.00!!! I hope when he calls tomorrow they will refund him. If not I will continue to post my disappointment with New Country Motor Cars service. More
