Ron Chwalek does a superb job serving customers. Ron always greets me by name and conscientiously addresses my concerns. Yesterday he adjusted the air pressure in my tires after the warning told me to fix the problem. Then he accompanied me to the parts department to purchase a new battery for my key. He even put the new battery in for me. Whenever I have come in for service, Ron has unfailingly helped me and all the other customers. He is a real asset to the dealership. More

Service Greeter-This person does a good job of greeting customers in the service drive and welcoming you to the dealership. Client Advisos-Generally they do not acknowledge customers arriving for service and you can stand there for 5+ minutes waiting. As well, after the R.O. is prepared and they know you are a "waiter", there is no attempt to keep you informed about status of your car. Waited 3 hours in the lounge without contact, then told parts would need to be ordered. Loaner Cars-On 2 separate occasions a loaner recommended by the client advisor was not available the day of the service appointment. On the first occasion I was contacted before I left the house, on the second service appointment I was not informed prior to arrival at the service dept. Pairing cell phone to my cars I needed to have my new cell phone paired with one of my cars (Mercedes Benz C300). I was very lucky since there was no one waiting to be seen when I I needed to have my new cell phone paired with one of my cars (Mercedes Benz C300). I was very lucky since there was no one waiting to be seen when I arrived at New Country Dealership. Ron Chwalek is always there and has a friendly, positive attitude. He was able to immediate take the steps to pair my new cell phone. Since they were not busy, I told Ron I was going home to get my other Mercedes Benz GL450.
