I had a great experience with Dan Miller and New Country Toyota! We had an initial discussion about ordering a Prius and how they were in short supply in our area and the pros and cons of the Prime model v Toyota! We had an initial discussion about ordering a Prius and how they were in short supply in our area and the pros and cons of the Prime model vs. the regular (non-Prime) model. He was able to put me on a list to get the very next Prime that came in when other dealers told me it would take 6-9 months to get one. Dan and his team quickly put a purchase order together for me and got that all set prior to the change in the EV rules, which was incredibly helpful (I am glad they were on top of it all). They let me know my Prius Prime was on a boat on its way and when it arrived in port in New Jersey. The shipment took longer than usual due to supply chain issues and a potential rail strike, but that had nothing to do with New Country Toyota. They were great about keeping me informed through it all. Dan did an excellent job in explaining the intricacies of the car since he knew it was my first EV. I even came back to ask him a few more questions, which he graciously and patiently took the time to answer. I definitely recommend this dealer and working specifically with Dan Miller! Thank you. While we have used New Country Toyota in the past for repairs of our 2011 Rav4 and all was well this latest service was a tragedy. We took our Rav4 in for a brake check and the check engine light was o repairs of our 2011 Rav4 and all was well this latest service was a tragedy. We took our Rav4 in for a brake check and the check engine light was on. Once they checked it over they said the brakes were fine but it needed new plugs and coils, cost $1881.84. I paid and took the car home. Next day the check engine light came back on. Returned to New Country Toyota they checked it out and told ne I need a whole new engine with a quote of over $16000.00.
