I would NOT recommend this dealer. We were looking at a certified used highlander they had on the lot and were ready to purchase, we just needed financing. Did not receive a call on thursday despite leaving several messages looking for an update. No call on friday again. Still no call on saturday. Called and left a message saying we wanted to cancel the deal since we hadn't heard from them and only then do we get a call back. Neither the finance manager or the sales man could understand why we were upset or why we wanted to cancel the deal. No apologies. Didn't even care when we said we no longer wanted that car just said ok. Ended up with a similar vehicle that was $1500 cheaper and a dealership that appreciated our business. More
