Fantastic Car Buying Experience I had the pleasure of working with Bob during my car purchase. He was incredibly insightful and educated me on all that this particular BMW model had I had the pleasure of working with Bob during my car purchase. He was incredibly insightful and educated me on all that this particular BMW model had to offer. I had never purchased a BMW, nor did I think I was going to purchase one on this particular day, so I was unaware of what a fantastic driving machine it was. He made me excited to get behind the wheel during the test drive and really spoke to the power that it had. I was hooked after that! He made the purchasing process easy and made it one of the most stress-free experiences at a dealership I have ever had (no wheeling and dealing necessary). We had to wait longer than I would have liked but he apologized for the delay regularly and made sure to offer us beverages while we waited. We then had the chance to work with Nicole in finance. She was very kind and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I did not feel rushed or pressured which is something that you tend to expect to in these scenarios. After needing to get some parking stickers removed from my vehicle, I had the opportunity to work with a BMW 'Genius,' Nick. He was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through every feature of the vehicle and made himself available whenever we may have additional questions. I always feel like royalty when visiting this dealership and I would, without a doubt, recommend this dealership for any vehicle purchase! More

Seth was very helpful in assisting to help us understand the different features of the Forester and answered any question that we had regarding the Forester. Once we decided on the vehicle we wanted, Seth sat down with us and we were able to negotiate a good deal that was in our price range! We got the car we wanted (with some extra features!) for the price we wanted. Then before we left Seth went over everything about our new car with us so that we knew how all the features worked. Overall, Seth was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We highly recommend that if you are looking for a new car you go see Seth! On the financial side of things, we worked with Nicole. Nicole was very helpful in helping lay out different scenarios with us and ultimately helping us get the loan that was right for us and our budget. She even called us back after we had left to tell us she had found us a better deal. We were very impressed by her determination to ensure we got the best financial deal possible. My husband and I will definitely look to New Motors in the future! More
