New Motors started as a gas station in 1927 in Hartstown, PA as a gas and service station with Vincent New as proprietor. He later grew to selling Chevrolets and pre-owned farm equipment.
As times changed in the automotive industry, the Chevrolet sales were eliminated and replaced with a used car outlet and Volvo's acquisition in 1963 followed by Saab and Fiat. His 2 sons, Larry and Gary, began working in their father's garage in the early 60's.
The New brothers quickly learned that hard work and good service would earn a customer for life. It was this work ethic that influenced Larry and Gary to develop the company's mission statement:
"To ensure that you remain our customer for life we are committed to exceed your expectations---Period!"
Every employee from the original 3, to the current 95, practices the mission statement, striving for customer satisfaction.
The decision was made to move the dealership to Erie, PA as an exclusive Volvo dealer in 1971. The 8,000 square foot building was built on 3 acres of land. Vincent New passed away just 3 short months after the completion of the New dealership. He did not get to see the expansion to 80 acres with facilities combining 42,500 square feet of work space with 2 showrooms housing the current used department and 3 franchises (Subaru, Volkswagen, and BMW).
New Motors is now the top parts wholesaler in PA, Ohio, New York, Virginia, and West Virginia. The company has earned the dealer of excellence and Stellar Performers Certification from Subaru for their drive in outstanding customer Satisfaction.

I have had experience with their service department in the past and I give them 5 stars, great service. This was my first BMW purchase and I was on the fence weather to buy or lease. After talking with Darren and Steve Quinn, I have decided to lease, with the warranty and no hassle full service for 4 years..it seemed like the way to go. Once I decided to lease and the hand shake complete; I was out of the lot and down the road in less then an hour. If your looking to purchase a great vehicle at a fair price, stop looking, head over to New Motors, I highly recommend them and tell them Larry sent ya. More

Honest & fair I typically hate going to a car dealer, but these guys are low pressure and price their cars fairly. Nicole explained the optional additional warranty options available, and when I declined, accepted my decision, and did not keep trying to persuade me, which I very much appreciate.
