This is an area where we've found other dealerships fall down. Second, once we were at the dealership we found their sales person, Carol Bianchi, to be friendly, helpful, and not pushy. She listened carefully to what we wanted and did her best to find exactly that. She didn't try to talk us into something other than what we were looking for. We were up front about what we were looking for in a deal and found them easy to deal with. She had to search for the color car we wanted and had located it within a very few days. They were willing to make sure the car had all the features of the one we had test driven. Their responsiveness, friendliness, cooperation and overall great customer service are what keep us coming back. Oh - and we have had very good luck with our Subarus as far as durability and lack of service issues. More

The salesperson (Seth) made you feel welcome from the moment you entered and it remained that way throughout the entire deal. The finance person (Steve) had a great personality and was very easy to deal with. He was efficient in getting everything taken care of in a fast and effective manner. Although this dealership is considerably further from my home (60 miles) than several others, overall they were much more effective at making us feel like "welcome family members" rather than "just another customer" as had the other dealerships we had visited. We drove away convinced that the 60 mile drive was not too far away for us to go to have all our service and maintenance done on this new vehicle. We feel sure that they will take care of us properly and make us feel welcome at all times. There is no doubt I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone who asks and to everyone I meet that is in the market for a vehicle. More

At th esame time, we had entered a query through th einternet and the internet salesperson followed up with emails and phone calls, offering any assistance we needed, including getting cars cleaned off (dead of winter) and ready to go when we came in. Because of her persistence we decided to give New Motors a try. We didn't feel there was much chance of purchasing there, however. We were wrong. They gave us the best service and one of the best deals - we now own a Jetta (lease) More

We were greeted by Sean Madigan. Our first impression was good and it lasted our total visit - from the beginning to the end. He was courteous and knowledgeable of the VW vehicles. He was helpful and assisted us with all of our questions. We purchased a 2011 Jetta TDI on Monday, February 28, 2011 and the paperwork went very smoothly. The Financial Department was also very efficient and helpful. We were escorted by Sean and all went very quickly. Unfortunately, we left with only one (1) key and the second key had to be ordered. We are hoping to receive by the end of this week! Looking forward to many miles on our new Jetta TDI and a very good relationship with our new dealership "NEW MOTORS"! P.S. We are unable to rate the QUALITY OF WORK above as of yet since we only purchased the vehicle one week ago today! More
