I have been accustomed to high pressure salespersons at other dealerships who did not know their product as well as I did when I was considering their vehicle. My salesperson, Kyle McIntyre, was terrific! He was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I asked many questions for which he always had an appropriate answer. Everyone that I encountered at the dealership was friendly and made the entire experience enjoyable. The technical adviser, Nick Dylewski, helped me very much and actually came to my home to set up my garage door opener. Good customer service at every step. Would highly reccomend! More

Thank God we found New Motors and specifically Ryan! We began our search in February and handed Ryan a pretty tough challenge. He listened (I mean really listened) to our wishlist and budget. He was able to find a couple of cars that fit the bill, but my reluctance to make a deal held us back. In June we found ourselves in the same predicament (car once more in the shop) and I called up Ryan. He went right to work for us. We now proudly drive an awesome 2018 Subaru Outback that will be reliable, safe, and worry free. The best part is I get better mileage with this car than I did my toyota hybrid!! Annie provided good input about calling BMW corporate department about our prior car, and the team at New Motors coordinated with getting our issue resolved. We needed a new car, and Gabe and the sales team made it easy for us to select a replacement vehicle. They even delivered it several hundred miles away without charge! We are grateful for their help turning around a stressful situation and making purchasing another car very easy.
