I understood that he clearly works for New Motors but was there to help me was the best buying experience possible and I am not an easy customer to deal with trust me. Once we got down to the number crunching, to my surprise the leadership team but their best offer on the table which exceeded my expectations. Even when I came back for a few more trade dollars Allen (Finance Director) called to walk me through the process with a clear explanation and several approval options. They both made it very hard for me to say no to what I knew was a great deal. The paperwork process was very smooth and during delivery Nick "The BMW Genius" wrapped it all up with a clear description of options and features that even a "Boomer" like me could understand. If I am being honest Ai was planning to follow-up with the Cleveland BMW dealership but you guys earned my business and I am now a customer for life. Great job team now that's what great customer service looks like!!! More
