I was very pleased with my experience. I was in immediate need of a winter reliable auto and thought that a Subaru Outback or Forester was what I wanted. I went to New Motors to "window sh I was in immediate need of a winter reliable auto and thought that a Subaru Outback or Forester was what I wanted. I went to New Motors to "window shop" on Wednesday afternoon knowing that a significant snowstorm was forecast for Thursday. Steve Kolenda met me as I arrived and was very helpful in showing me the vehicles that were available in my affordable range. He asked me some very pertinent questions that led to 2 possibilities. He allowed me to test drive both and asked if I was ready to make a decision. I explained that I wanted to think about it overnight and read some information about both. He provided me with the information and said that he had the next day (Thursday) off but would call me on Friday to see what I had decided. After reading the information at home on Wednesday night, I decided that I wanted the Outback and really wanted to pick it up before the storm came in. I called Steve on Thursday morning and asked if it would be at all possible for me to get the car that day. He agreed to come into work on his day off and have the car ready for me to buy and pick up early that afternoon. I really appreciated having an AWD Subaru to drive through the storm back home. He called again on Friday to see how I liked my AWD Subaru and how it handled in the snow. I was really happy with it and I still am. I am also very happy with the way Steve took care of my automotive needs. He is a very thoughtful and kind person. More

Great Experience I purchased a vehicle 10 months ago. The vehicle broke down and it was going to cost me $4100. So, I had a car that I still owed, not able to drive an I purchased a vehicle 10 months ago. The vehicle broke down and it was going to cost me $4100. So, I had a car that I still owed, not able to drive and still required to pay. I was in a bad spot. I called New Motors and I was connected with Andrew. I told Andrew my situation, he and his manager showed their willingness to help me by keeping my broken down car and getting me in a brand new VW with an affordable payment considering I was under water with the other vehicle. I got my new to me Subaru and love it I went to New Motors after seeing a 2013 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium online with less than 15000 miles on it... a baby. I was driving a 2014 Chevy Cru I went to New Motors after seeing a 2013 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium online with less than 15000 miles on it... a baby. I was driving a 2014 Chevy Cruze that I bought new and had put 41000 miles on it that I was completely upside down in and that wasn't good in the snow. I went with $2000 in hand for a down payment and was ready to purchase. Let me be honest, im a 28yo female with some credit card debt and my credit score is just over 700. Everything was going well until I caught a mistake on the list price and my trade in value decreased $1000 just like that. I left... that was off putting to me. The next day, my salesman Andrew, shot me an email thanking me for allowing him to help and to let him know if there was anything else he could do... so I told him how I felt about the value of my trade decreasing in a matter of a minute, where I wanted my numbers, etc. In the meantime, I made an appointment for my car to have snow tires put on because I had almost wrecked. While I'm sitting at the dealership, Andrew calls. Offering me basically everything I wanted.... so I bring up the fact that my car is going to have new snow tires on it. New Motors met me halfway on price ($235) which I wasn't thrilled about considering the all seasons went with the car too, but it was better than nothing. I knew Andrew was pulling for me and I knew the Finance dept would be putting in some work to get me where I wanted to be too (I was rolling over about $7000 in negative equity). Fast forward to Wednesday and Andrew gave me the all good. My boyfriend and I went up to New Motors that night and met with Nicole to sign papers and she was fantastic. My payment is a little higher than I wanted but thats because I'm cheap, not because I can't afford it. All in all at the end of the day 1. I'm paying 5.25% LESS in interest on my Subaru, 2. I'll pay $2000 more for the Subaru than I would've for my Cruze, and 3. I have a certified Subaru that I have fantastic warranties on and that I FEEL safe in... and that's pretty important. More
