I have bought three cars from New Motors. A brand new Forrester in 2004, A used 2004 Focus in 2010, and a new Crosstrek today. I've received courteous and fast response from the Parts and the Service D Forrester in 2004, A used 2004 Focus in 2010, and a new Crosstrek today. I've received courteous and fast response from the Parts and the Service Departments when I've needed them. The Sales Department has gone out of their way to answer my questions and fill my needs. I've been to this dealership on a couple occasions in the last two years. I've always had a pleasurable experience until now. It almost seems as if their sales tactics have changed from being helpful and i last two years. I've always had a pleasurable experience until now. It almost seems as if their sales tactics have changed from being helpful and informative to spew as many cheesy lines as possible and get the customer into the dealership. While browsing the new cars on the lot all the salesperson wanted to do was "get information so I can put you in the right car." "Why don't we head inside so I can get some information and put you in the right car." Seriously, I don't need you to put me into the right car. I need you to go get some keys so I can make that decision myself. Luckily, I live equidistant to New Motors and Mikan VW in Butler. We decided to purchase our new car from them instead. More

I HAD 2 BAD EXPERIENCES. OVERCHARGED THE FIRST TIME. REP SAID HE PUSHED THE WRONG BUTTON. SECOND TIME I WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. THE MECHANIC SAID I NEEDED NEW BRAKES AND ROTORS. I BOUGHT MY KIA RONDO BRA SAID HE PUSHED THE WRONG BUTTON. SECOND TIME I WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. THE MECHANIC SAID I NEEDED NEW BRAKES AND ROTORS. I BOUGHT MY KIA RONDO BRAND NEW IN JANUARY 2008. I HAD 34,000 MILES ON MY RONDO. HAVE HAD MANY NEW CARS AND NEVER PUT ROTORS ON ANY OF THEM. I QUESTIONED WHY AND HOW. DOUG SAID THE MECHANIC SAID I NEEDED THEM. I HAD THEM PUT ON. TOLD THE REP I WANTED THE OLD ONES BACK. NEXT DAY I WENT TO THE STATE POLICE AND THERE WAS NO WHERE NEAR WORN OUT BRAKES OR ROTORS. STATE OFFICER CALLED NEW MOTORS. I WENT UP LATER AND PICKED UP A CHECK FOR $308.00. I DO NOT TRUST THEM AND FROM NOW ON I WILL QUESTION EVERY ISSUE THAT ARRIVES. I NEVER QUESTIONED THEM UNTIL THEY OVERCHARGED ME $26.00. AFTER THAT I WILL QUESTION EVERYTHING. More
