Turns out we had spoken with Danny Pohl at a visit to the dealership some time before this one. He was able to show us the car we were looking for immediately, arranged for us to drive it and was efficient and very pleasant through this step. He did not pressure us to make a decision, but gently asked what our next step was. We informed that we wanted to go home and sleep on the decision. The next day, we decided to purchase the vehicle and went to see Danny right away. He was quick and efficient in preparing the paperwork, helping us with transferring insurance and arranging a meeting with the General Mgr and Finance Mgr to close the deal. Once the paperwork was fully completed, Danny took a generous amount of time to go over all the details of the car, particularly the electronics of the car. He was extremely knowledgeable and we greatly appreciated his time because we are older folks who aren't quite as up to speed on technology as the younger generation. We look forward to returning the New Smyrna Chevrolet for service and perhaps future purchases. More
