We found everyone to be extremely helpful & knowledgable. I had considered buying an SUV but was used to driving a compact car. This car fits my needs perfectly. More

SALES DEPT/STAFF AWESOME, SERVICE DEPT NOT SO GOOD Just bought our second vehicle from this dealership. We came back because of the great sales staff and their willingness to work with us no matter ho Just bought our second vehicle from this dealership. We came back because of the great sales staff and their willingness to work with us no matter how late we were there! However, the dealer's service after your purchase is not so great. We thought that our first encounter with the service department on our first purchase was just a fluke but the same type of experience happened with our second purchase as well. The clerical staff checking you in and out are more interested in socializing than helping you. Our last visit we asked for a copy of the service records for the vehicle since it had only been serviced at this dealership; however, all we got was a song and dance from the service writer as to how she couldn't print it out that it took a special person to do that, then it needed a signature first, and so on and so. We couldn't even get a copy of the service record for the service that we were there for that day but told she would call us the next business day (well that didn't happen). When we called the dealership and asked to speak to the service manager a week later we were drilled as to why we wanted to speak to them. Once we got to speak to the service manager and explained what we encountered with the service writer we finally got a phone call from the same service writer asking exactly what did we want! She said she would fax the copies however once again it has been two weeks later and we still don't have the copies- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The service department needs a major overhaul. More
