Forty-five minutes later I was out the door. Mr. Curley explained the services that were performed and told me the results were "normal" which was reassuring. She provided a thorough overview of the vehicle and continuously asked if I had any questions or concerns. She was very engaging and took an active role in getting to know me on a professional and personal level. A few weeks ago I visited Price Toyota in New Castle and did not receive the same experience. I told the sales rep that this would be my 3rd purchase and he looked around and said well do you see the rep here. After telling him it was 8 years ago, I began to get turned off. To say the least, I would never purchase another car from them. I would definitely recommend Newark Toyota World to my family and friends! More

I was greeted by every person that I passed by and everyone was very pleasant. My service advisor Geofrey provided thoughtful and clear responses to all questions that I had. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. I was also impressed with the waiting area that was comfortable, spacious, and catered to all needs (TV, Wifi, areas for laptop users, snack area, and shopping). The shuttle service was a great added convenience. More
