Excellent service experience I took my Sienna for the 10k mile service and thought I would be there for an hour and a half but my service advisor, Jason Curley, told me it would b I took my Sienna for the 10k mile service and thought I would be there for an hour and a half but my service advisor, Jason Curley, told me it would be more like an hour. Forty-five minutes later I was out the door. Mr. Curley explained the services that were performed and told me the results were "normal" which was reassuring. My sales representative, Kim was very professional and provided excellent service. She listened to my needs and wants and showed me the perfect car. She provided a thorough overview of the vehicle and continuously asked if I had any questions or concerns. She was very engaging and took an active role in getting to know me on a professional and personal level. A few weeks ago I visited Price Toyota in New Castle and did not receive the same experience. I told the sales rep that this would be my 3rd purchase and he looked around and said well do you see the rep here. After telling him it was 8 years ago, I began to get turned off. To say the least, I would never purchase another car from them. I would definitely recommend Newark Toyota World to my family and friends! More

I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. I was also impressed with the waiting area that was comfortable, spacious, and catered to all needs (TV, Wifi, areas for laptop users, snack area, and shopping).
