good service When I made the appointment on line, I asked what the service required for my car with 55k miles was going to cost me and it said $35. My family has had numerous problems with them in the past, but none have been with my vehicle so I will not let those reflect in my personal review. the employees are always very friendly and accommodating, and their waiting room is very nice (although their WiFi frustratingly won’t allow me to watch Netflix there). Frequently, however, they never do the little nice things with my car that they say they well. “We’ll run this through the car wash after the inspection” I’ve never gotten a car wash from them. “Oh that’s not actual paint damage just a little mark, I’ll have a technician buff it out for no charge” they never buff it out. The frustrating thing is that I don’t notice these little things until after I’m back home after the service, so I miss my chance to ask them to do what they say they would, but never did. It just seems like they get the bare necessities done for my car and forget all the little things that they entice you with (free washes, fixes of minor marks, refilling the wiper fluid, etc.) I wish I remembered every time to check if they washed the car and completed all the other little tasks. More

My Rav 4 lease was up and I wanted to upgrade to the 2018 . Ken explained all of the new features and then we sat at his desk to figure out which one it would be. After checking the cars out in the yard,I decided on Black Currant. Off we went for a test drive. I love this car! Ken was extremely courteous, not pushy, and knowledgeable about all aspects of purchasing this car. My new registration was provided, my updated insurance card was given to me and then off to finance. DeLonn Ellison was great to work with too. He explained everything so I understood and my new car was ready to drive home. I am from New York and this was so exciting to me that I could walk in to Newark Toyota and drive away in my new vehicle. I highly recommend you to go and give it a try! More

I dropped the car off in the morning, the shuttle took me to work (UD), they called when they got everything done, discussed a few things that needed care, and got it all done. Superior Customer Service!!! I recently brought my 2017 Rav 4 to the service department for my 20k service. Chuck Albright (CQA) greeted me with a smile and handshake upon my ar I recently brought my 2017 Rav 4 to the service department for my 20k service. Chuck Albright (CQA) greeted me with a smile and handshake upon my arrival to the service bay. I had two concerns about my vehicle. The first dealt with the trim which was loose at the bottom of the windsheild. Chuck let know that I was covered under warranty, and he had ordered the part, and would call for follow-up visit for repair. In addition, the car wash at the service area consistently attacks my front Md. tag and bends it all to xxxx! Chuck suggested I purchase a better front tag holder for my vehicle from his store. I was suprised that the new tag was put on my vehicle free of charge, and when the vehicle ran through the car wash, the tag was not damaged! Chuck Albright provided Superior Customer Service and I hope he earns a management position in the future!!! More
