Due to the cost of the repairs and the age of my vehicle, I was considering purchasing a new car. The service center cooperated with me without pressuring me while I explored my options. I am very grateful for their customer-centered approach. It helped me arrive at the correct decision for me, which was to have my vehicle repaired and serviced. After I made my decision, Mr. Chaffee worked with me to help keep the cost down as much as possible while maximizing the life that I can get out of my vehicle. He also found and applied an almost $500 discount that I was unaware of. Great service!! I highly recommend using this service center to maintain your Toyota! More

Poor communication I was not pleased with the communication this time. We brought our car in before 9 a.m. by appointment, but they did not call to let us know till abou I was not pleased with the communication this time. We brought our car in before 9 a.m. by appointment, but they did not call to let us know till about 2:30 p.m. what the car needed. They said it would be ready that evening, but called again at about 5:30 to say they did not have one of the parts needed. Why didn't you check that you had the part before telling me it would be ready that evening?. Then they said they would call the next day, but by about 3:00 p.m. I had not heard so I called and left a message. I did not get a call back until 7:30 that evening. I realize that you are busy but for the amount of money you charge, I expect better communication. After we go the car home we realized that it was still leaking oil and had to bring it back again. They did fix the problem as best they could and apologized but this shows that they did not check it properly before releasing the car the first time. I had been very happy with the service on previous visits, but not this time. P.S. you should have a Not Sure button. More
