We chose Newark Toyota World to service o I scheduled our service call online. Very easy to use, and the confirmation and reminders were very helpful. We chose Newark Toyota World to service our Lexus because of the quicker and less expensive cost than that of a Lexus dealer. We come from car families and routinely check the fluids and watch for issues, so the extra (rather expensive) services that Lexus performs is not as important to us as it may be with other owners. Newark Toyota has a great service entrance, a clean, comfortable and well equipped waiting area and rest rooms. Jason could not have been more pleasant, professional, and helpful. The service was done in a reasonable time, and I could not tell that anyone other than myself had touched my Lexus. I've had Lexus dealers leave drips of oil under the hood, and paper in the driver's compartment. Not so at Newark Toyota. Overall great experience. I would highly recommend Newark Toyota, and I will be back fr service on my Lexus. More

Unbelievable wait for 30,000 routine maintenance The last two times I had service at this dealerships service center, I waited more than 90 minutes beyond what was told would be the finish time. No one came out to tell me why it was delayed in either case. As it turns out, the work last time was probably done in time, but no one told me. The excuse was "we were in a meeting." That sure didn't win any credit from me. This was particularly vexing since I had bought the car from their dealership. The time before the service took 2.5 hours, at least more than an hour beyond the stated expectation. I had to seek out the staff to find out why it was delayed. The response was vague. I've gone to other Toyota dealerships and have received much better and timely service. Newark Toyota World has lost me as a customer. More
