brought car in for recall fixes I made my reservation 2.5 weeks in advance for recalls fixes. Was told on the phone that I had 7 recalls on my car. When I brought my car in, they stated they only had parts to fix 4 recalls. Why wouldn't all of the recall parts be in the shop to fix my car, when I was told this when I had my reservation made? Seems kind of shady. Now I eventually have to bring my car back in to the shop whenever the parts will be in. But I don't think the shop is going to call me with that info, I just need to guess....hmmm More

After driving a rental for two days, I emailed to see if my car was ready because I couldn't imagine it taking two days to cover up some minor scratches. The email I received from the sales representative was, "The keys have been in my desk for two days. Good luck." I thought that was extremely unprofessional and seemed like I was annoying him for asking about my vehicle. When I got there to pick up my car, the other minor work wasn't completed and I had to ask to speak with another manager to voice my displeasure. I will drive out of town or go to another dealership when it's time to buy my next car. The service center is much friendlier and has much better staff. More
