RAV4 Checkup Michelle Smith was the person who met me in the service. She was pleasant, courteous and very upbeat. When we got to her desk, she noticed that there was a recall on the driver side window and informed me that it could be done that day, but that it would take an extra hour. Michelle respected my time and offered a courtesy ride home. When she called back when things were completed, she even offered a pick up at my home to go back and take my car home.
