She immediately surveyed the reason for bringing the car in, assured me that it would be ready at an appointed time, and arranged for a shuttle to take me home and return me to the service center when my car was ready for pickup. Dacia was quite knowledgeable and confidently assisted me . After speaking with her, I knew that my car would be well taken care of, and when went to get my car, I was not disappointed.
