One and a half hours after arrival, I walked around to see where my car might be. I couldn't find it. Nor could I find the service representative. I went to the service manager, who looked up my car on his computer. I don't know what he saw on his screen, but his eyebrows shot up in alarm. He walked briskly to the garage, and returned shortly with a promise that I'd be done in 20 minutes. Newark Toyota World is consistently like this. Make sure you set aside hours for your visit, and stay on top of them. They don't keep you informed. More

10k service and flat tire reported Recently I had a flat tire. As the 10k service was nearing left the car for service and specially mentioned the flat tire. They simply refilled the air and did a 10k service. When I asked during delivery then promised there is no issue in the tire. After coming home next day faced same flat tire then found a iron piece in car tire. Took it back and had to replace the tire on second visit. It was a very careless service even after clear mentioning the flat tire, they never bothers to check it. I found it by just going over the tire by moving the car slowly. Got a irresponsible answer from the representative as well. More
