I went to the service manager, who looked up my car on his computer. I don't know what he saw on his screen, but his eyebrows shot up in alarm. He walked briskly to the garage, and returned shortly with a promise that I'd be done in 20 minutes. Newark Toyota World is consistently like this. They simply refilled the air and did a 10k service. When I asked during delivery then promised there is no issue in the tire. After coming home next day faced same flat tire then found a iron piece in car tire. Took it back and had to replace the tire on second visit. It was a very careless service even after clear mentioning the flat tire, they never bothers to check it. I found it by just going over the tire by moving the car slowly. Got a irresponsible answer from the representative as well. More
