Buying a new van We were looking for a van with all wheel drive that had the ability to be modified in the future for a wheel chair or scooter lift. There was one van We were looking for a van with all wheel drive that had the ability to be modified in the future for a wheel chair or scooter lift. There was one van on site that was AWD. We took it for a test drive and really liked the ride and higher view out the front window. Rich was understanding of our personal situation and brought the van to an area that we could easily access it to do the test drive. He worked with us on options to customize it in the future. We appreciate all he did to make this car buying experience as easy as possible. More

If there's a problem that is difficult to find, they'll stay on it until they get it right. Their new hospitality area is excellent. One suggestion, if you're waiting there be sure they do an inspection of your car first. On my recent visit, I waited for 90 minutes for a regular oil/lube job, and was then told that the inspection found that my front brake pads were almost worn through, and it would be another 2 hours. If they had done the inspection first, I would have taken the shuttle home or arranged a drop-off. Other than that, this is a quality place. More
