NIce waiting room Well everybody who waited on me were very nice and professional.. My only beef for this visit in particular and has nothing to do with the young lady Well everybody who waited on me were very nice and professional.. My only beef for this visit in particular and has nothing to do with the young lady who served me.. is that I bought a brand new Toyota Camry 2014, last year, and it comes with that 2 year free maintenance agreement where you get two free oil changes a year, since I dont put a lot of miles on my car, I get penalized and they wont change my oil..I have been there approx 4 or 5 times for other issues and thought I was gonna get my oil changes even if my car doesnt really need them..I have had the car for 18months and only one oil change.. I do understand that new synthetic oil last up to even 10K miles, that is approx the mileage on my car, at this point of time..I pointed this out to the service people many times and they dont seem have much power to give me the oil changes anyway? I feel it is unfair just because I dont put these needed miles on my car, I thought it was all about the length of time anyway?? Regardless, by the time my car is 2 years old , I will get " penalized and cheated" out of my 2 other oil changes for 2 years, I thinK it should allow low mileage folks , like me to still get this benefit, I feel its unfair and we really paid for it anyway???It should be extended past the two year mark , up tothe already 25K miles ,but then give us more time, if we went by the 25K mile within the 2 year time period, that would really technically only mean 2 oil changes anyway, according to the 10K these oils get now, as I was told?? I really feel its a scam and Toyota knows most of us wont get all these oil changes that we are entitled to??Thats why they offer them...thats my 2 cents, ..for now....it needs to waive this for low mileage folks!! More
