Inspection First I have never received anything but excellent service from Newark Toyota World. If there's a problem that is difficult to find, they'll stay on it unt I have never received anything but excellent service from Newark Toyota World. If there's a problem that is difficult to find, they'll stay on it until they get it right. Their new hospitality area is excellent. One suggestion, if you're waiting there be sure they do an inspection of your car first. On my recent visit, I waited for 90 minutes for a regular oil/lube job, and was then told that the inspection found that my front brake pads were almost worn through, and it would be another 2 hours. If they had done the inspection first, I would have taken the shuttle home or arranged a drop-off. Other than that, this is a quality place. More
