Fast and Friendly I arrived an hour early for my 40,000 mile appointment, dropped off the car, and went for a walk. Transmission issues On Tuesday went in for an oil change and adjustment to the clutch, after two hours of waiting was told that the clutch and transmission had to be repl On Tuesday went in for an oil change and adjustment to the clutch, after two hours of waiting was told that the clutch and transmission had to be replaced. Was told the car would be done on Monday,it wasn't. Went in to pick it up on Tuesday night and after waiting almost two hours got my car back in clean and working order. More

Many other establishments would have replaced those items for the sheer profit of doing so. Kudos! More
Jeff and Team Saved Me! I was stranded after losing the key to my Tundra. I contacted the dealership and spoke with several service advisers over the course of the afternoon. I was stranded after losing the key to my Tundra. I contacted the dealership and spoke with several service advisers over the course of the afternoon. It was late Friday afternoon and I was stranded on a job 20 miles from the dealership. I called for assistance and was told that in order to program the new key they needed the vehicle in the shop. I tried two mobile services. One never got back to me the other couldn't get a blank until Saturday. I called the service department again and asked if I got the vehicle towed in could they get me on the road tonight. They said they could and I started the process. By the time we arrived at the dealership it was about 7:30. They had made the key while I was enroute and jumped into the reprogramming process immediately. I was on the road again by 8:15. I could not be happier with the service and attention and courtesy I received from Jeffrey Sherrod and the rest of the team at Newark Toyota World! More
