Awesome! I had an issue with my car ever since it was purchased 2 years ago from a different dealership. At the time I was told the sound could not be fixed, i I had an issue with my car ever since it was purchased 2 years ago from a different dealership. At the time I was told the sound could not be fixed, it was not prominent and it didn't interfere with performance. The sound worsened with time. I have asked many independant garages why the car made this odd sound. No one fixed it. Once it was minimized. Chris and his team FIXED the car!!! It runs perfectly and smoothly now. I could never say enough good things about dealing with Chris's team. He was very helpful and explained what was happening effectively. And it only took 2 days without the car.After all this time I was amazed...diagnosed, fixed and I was hardly without the car. To top it all off...absolutely wonderful, nice staff More

Colleen provided an excellent and professional customer service experience by driving my car into the service bay, capturing all the symptomatic details and then later that evening, calling both my contact #'s I provided to leave voice mail with the service tech's diagnosis. Colleen was also quite knowledgeable because she correctly suggested what the problem was after gathering all the details. While I was there I inquired about a rental and Colleen introduced me to Caitlynn who promptly got me set up with a very reasonably priced rental while my car was out of commission. All the way around Newark Toyota provided a great customer service experience. I definitely look forward to meeting and working with Colleen again for future service visits. More
