Completely disorganized Been coming to NTW for a long time. Usually they are top notch with no problems. Lately however I have noticed that there is a great deal of disarray, confusion, and completely unorganized. There are countless employees rushing about, but no one knew where MY contact was located and could not find him. Seems just so disorganized. Everyone was friendly and nice but very rushed, overworked, disorganized, hard to put my finger on it. Maybe you need more employees, better training or work flow. The service performed on my car is fine, but just that the service advisors, techs, lot attendants, and especially the car rental desk are just overwhelmed. It took far too long to get checked in and checked out. Nearly an hour both times. More

Yokohama tires are perfect, no defects ever. Brought in my 2015 Prius to fix a flat tire. Tire was fixed, a nail in the center tread appeared to be the problem. Next morning same tire was flat. Toyota thoughtfully picked it up about 4pm, analyzed the situation and determined the sidewall was damaged. After 16 hours of a car sitting on a flattened tire I believe some damage would, could possibly result. Purchased a new tire, received a credit for the first failed attempt. I believe your tire price is not competitive. The tire was inflated to 45psi which I corrected. Thats my take on the situation. Thanks for listening. Frank Sims More

longer than promise It was 1 hr 15 min for a oil change . When estimate was 45 min. Rep was excellent. Your reward program is a good idea. I asked if I could use reward card on that purchase Rep said it may be possible and I need to go to sales. Went to sales desk on Cleveland Ave. Sales rep said no with a comparison he would have to give to everyone even someone who bought 10 years ago. A simple no and sorry would be fine.
