Service in less than an hour This was the 20,000 mile service appointment. All of the service was completed in 50 minutes. Chris signed me up for rewards and provided notice of a free car wash (just show the receipt for current service) that will not expire. I was taken at the appointed time. All of this contributed to the rating of excellent. More

The We recently purchased a 2016 Toyota 4 Runner Limited-our third Toyota from Newark Toyota in 4 years. The vehicle is beautiful and very stylish. The salesperson, Eric Mosley, is exceptional. He is a caring, considerate and very knowledgeable person who happens to sell new cars for a living. He never pressures you to make a decision but provides you with honest answers and solid information. Eric has won our loyalty, not only to himself but to the dealership and the Toyota brand. The service people are also very friendly and helpful. I love their service shuttle which makes having service done on the car a snap. The Black 4 Runner Limited is a real "head-turner" and I'm sure will do great things for your advertising. More

Installation of Automatic Starter I bought a new Avalon at NTW (Newark) a few weeks ago. My Product Specialist, Chris Delpelche has proven to be excellent in his service and care for I bought a new Avalon at NTW (Newark) a few weeks ago. My Product Specialist, Chris Delpelche has proven to be excellent in his service and care for his customers. Every question that I had he had an answer. In the beginning I was a bit nervous because I hadn't bought a car 16 years! Chris made the process comfortable for me. As a result, I made an excellent choice with Chris' assistance. Thinking ahead to winter, I thought. I would try the automatic starter called THE CLIFFORD. Chris set up the service for me and I had my first experience with NTW Service Center. The center called me to set up my service. They were prompt and efficient. They even asked me if I wanted to use their shuttle service to and from my home. Needless to say, I said, SURE! When my car was ready, they came back and picked me up with no problems. My service representative on Marrows Road was James. He was an energetic and informative young man! I could tell that he loved his job. He taught me about my new device that I had installed. He also told me about other services they offered. Overall, my experience with NTW has been excellent. This is very reassuring for someone who hasn't had a new vehicle in 16 years. If NTW continues with this type of service, I'll be seeing them for another car in a few more years! More

Speedy service for what was done First time at facility, first time for Jason. He was very helpful and pleasant. Mileage in was 4958 stated due for oil change at 5K.
