I was comfortable with my decision And worked out a deal I was happy with. The best deal of all the dealership. I have never owned a Toyota (as we are a Ford family ). I am always amazed at how quickly they get my 2016 Highlander in and out for basic service. Everyone who works in the service department has been professional, courteous, and friendly. Customer service is top-notch, and they just seem to understand that we all have better things to do than sit and wait for a car all day. Even when my 2008 Highlander needed more substantial repairs, I was amazed at how quickly they were able to accomplish the task ... and their hours are flexible enough to meet any schedule. It's hard to know who to trust to service your vehicle, but I know that I can always trust the technicians and the entire service department at Newark Toyota World. More
