Good car, very bad service Initial buying experience was fine. When I returned to pick up my car and complete my paperwork is when things went down hill. I had completed all my financing and needed only to hand the finance manager a check, yet a waited two hours (on a week night) before I could get in to see him. Once I got into the office I singed and completed my paperwork in less than 5 minutes. During my wait, I inspected my car. They promise to fill a few small chips on the car that were caused from rocks and debris..the finished product looked like a three year old had pained over it...disappointing to say the least as the car is a gift. The worst moment came when i discovered a large dent in the roof that was not there when I purchased the car. The sales person was unsure what to do but confirmed it was nit there earlier. Someone had dropped something on the roof and di nothing to try to fix it. When we pulled the manager aside to look at it, he was bothered that I was pointing it out. His solution was to fill it, using the same low grade solution they used on the other touch up spots. I asked why was I now paying the same amount for a car with damage that was not there before...his only answer was that he would give me my deposit and I could go find another car. Terrible customer service and bad experience all the way around although the sales person was friendly and helpful. More
Amazing service from start to finish plus some AJ has been amazing to work with. He even followed up to make sure we figured out everything with the car. 55000 mile service I've been taking my 2013 Prius C here since I bought it for service every 5000 miles. I love my car and have no issues with it. Everyone is always very nice at this dealership and they provide a comfortable waiting area. This last visit I was only due for a check up and tire rotation and as usual I waited. It took about an hour, though, and even though they said they'd run my car through the car wash, they didn't. By then I needed to leave. I'm disappointed that I waited that long for a routine service and never got my car washed as promised. More
Did not take care of all issues. Asked specifically to look at tire light that comes on in the car. Low air pressure. I called and /asked them to specifically look at that too.
