I mean no offense but Ben was really awkward when I met him. It almost felt as if he didn’t want to deal with me. Bridget was fantastic. I would give her a 10 if possible. Very helpful, listened to my concerns, really went beyond that extra step to make sure I was taken care of and t I would give her a 10 if possible. She made sure I was informed of the progress of the work on my Jeep. Very professional and courteous. My only complaint about Newberg Jeep is that they have a less than inviting waiting area. Even though I still gave them a 5 star rating because Ken the General Manager was so helpful and informative. I never felt like I was being rushed. More
