"Great People taking care of business" This was my very first visit to Newberg Dodge and I have to say it was the best time I have had buying a truck in a long time. Finding the right vehicle that fits my budget, helping ease the negative in my trade, and not keeping me all night at the dealership. Now all this couldn't been possible without the help of the finance manager "Mike" Paperwork was smooth and flawless. No extra hype, he will shoot you straight. "Steve the General Manager is a solid guy as well. Did everything in his power to help us out and got us a rate lower than anything I thought possible. Lindsey Thomas you have to meet. She will make you feel good about being there even if you don't buy a car. Her smile and great attitude will keep them coming back. Don't forget there service department. Warm and friendly and I wasn't even there for service. Give them a chance and I'm sure they will treat you right. More

horribly rude and WAYYY over priced!!! My husband and I had the worst experience here!!!! We went in not ready to buy, but they had the exact jeep I wanted to buy in a few months so we want My husband and I had the worst experience here!!!! We went in not ready to buy, but they had the exact jeep I wanted to buy in a few months so we wanted to see it in person.....the sales guy we talked to(I don't remember names) was very nice ,but of course he ended up talking us into trying to buy it, that's when we met the financial guy....he was a horrible awful Preson to work with!!! He came out smelling strongly of cigarettes and telling us," what are we thinking trying to buy a $50,000.00 vehicle and there's no way we could afford that!" (we weren't trying to buy a $50,000.00 vehicle) he then was really pressuring us to but a vehicle we didn't want! The jeep we wanted was for sale in Newberg for $45,000.00 later that same day we went to the beaverton jeep location (where they were wonderful) and the same exact jeep was $35,000.00 .... $10,000.00 less than in Newberg! They are so over priced and the finance guy is a jerk! We will never ever buy a vehicle there and we tell everyone we know to never buy there! More

The Jeep had a particularly mysterious problem with the driver's side power switch panel going dead for no reason. Enter Dave Thurman, technician, and he figured out where the short was and saved me a pile of money. Will Leavitt was able to round-up the other parts we needed for a couple of other items very quickly and I was back on the road the next morning. Thanks Newberg Service Team!! More

Very friendly service employees I contacted the dealership on a Sunday regarding a coupon that expired on that Sunday for an oil change. Although they were closed that day, they replied back to me and honored the coupon a week later. They are very friendly, courteous, and make the customer feel valued. I dealt with the whole service team. They were fantastic. I rated their quality of work a four and not a five because they did a full inspection and did not notice or failed to mention to me that I was out of windshield wiper fluid. Overall, I was very satisfied with their service and would recommend them strongly to a friend. More

Jeep service I had my Jeep towed to the dealer on 11/29/14. They understandedly would start work on it on 12/01. They weren't able to get at it until 12/02, then I had my Jeep towed to the dealer on 11/29/14. They understandedly would start work on it on 12/01. They weren't able to get at it until 12/02, then needed a part, so didn't get finished until 12/03. The SUV had been smoking from the heater, so I had used a fire extinquisher. They were going to clean the car before it was returned. It was very dusty all over the inside when it was returned. I took it back the next day, but they couldn't get at it. This was a health hazard. More

Good Sales and Service, so far... My wife and I shopped for some time for a used AWD. We went to many dealerships on the west side. We ended up buying from another dealership but my My wife and I shopped for some time for a used AWD. We went to many dealerships on the west side. We ended up buying from another dealership but my wife and I were both impressed with the knowledge that Jerome had on just about any vehicle that we wanted to talk about. He was very courteous and easy to work with. We actually tried hard to buy from him just because he was so good but they just didn't have what we wanted in a used AWD. Coincidentally, we used the service dept. to work on a weird electrical problem that we were experiencing with our 96 Cirrus. They spend a lot of time with the vehicle and eventually found and eliminated the problem. Again, we felt they were trying to win our business. They worked hard at communicating with us and in the end they charged us a more-than-fair price considering the time and materials that went into it. More
